Shipping Rates

We use standard shipping rates based on the value of the items in your cart. Usually, the larger your purchase, the greater the cost to ship all of the items safely. We've created a tiered system to better serve your needs and make sure we can ship your order safely and in a timely manner. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Errors in shipping and discount code may also be adjusted in the result of an error. We are a small business and errors may occur.

Where do we ship?

Mississippi Candle Co. currently ships to consumers in all 50 States in the United States. We also ship to Post Office boxes where applicable. Some Post Office box deliveries have been returned. Please check with your local Post Office to verify that you can receive packages.

I just placed my order. When will it ship?

 Please allow 2-5 business days process for retail orders and 5-10 business days for wholesale orders. Wholesale orders may be delayed after wholesale gift shows. You will receive a notification via email after your order has shipped.

We are making sure that your order ships within a timely manner. Shipping carriers are experiencing extremely high volumes at this time. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground which can take up to 10 business days to deliver. Once your order has shipped please refer to your tracking information for any and all updates. We appreciate your business and your patience.
