Refund policy

RETURNS

Unopened/Unused returns are accepted within 30 days. Products that are opened/used are not eligable for a refund/return. Refunds will apply to the original payment method. If products were purchased from a store, the products must be returned to the same store.

DAMAGES

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact info@mississippicandle.com via email within 5 days of receiving the damaged shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.
