Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been fulfilled or processed for shipment.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to assist with your cancellation request if the order has not already entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been fulfilled or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
