We wanted to take a quick moment to talk about shipping options, because we know how important it is to get your products as fast as possible.
When placing your order, you’ll have the option to choose your shipping carrier. While we work hard to pack orders well and ship orders quickly, delivery times after pickup are fully dependent on the carrier selected.

We’ve shared this message based on our firsthand experiences with each carrier. Our intention is simply to provide transparency, not to place blame or offend. We have experienced multiple USPS delays in the past, including packages being held in Bessemer, AL for 10+ days and some shipments being routed through unexpected states, which caused extended delivery times.

Here’s a helpful breakdown:
UPS
✔️ Fastest and most reliable option
✔️ Fewer delays and more consistent tracking
✔️ Best choice if you need your order sooner
⚠️ Packages may be handled by multiple facilities and automated systems, which can sometimes result in dents, crushed boxes, or broken items during transit.

USPS
⏳ Typically the slowest option
⏳ More frequent delays, especially during high-volume seasons
⏳ Tracking updates may take longer
⚠️ Higher instances of packages being misplaced or delayed without scans.

Both UPS and USPS record a GPS location ping at the time an order is marked as delivered. If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not at your home, please contact us as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified, the faster we can reach out to the carrier and assist in locating your package. Delays in reporting can limit what the carrier is able to do.

Once your package leaves our hands, we no longer have control over transit times, but choosing UPS gives your order the best chance of arriving quickly and smoothly.
